"Our company engaged Regents to conduct a complete workflow analysis and equipment assessment of our x-ray services. After a thorough evaluation, Regents recommended that we replace several of our analog x-ray devices with new digital equipment. Regents then conducted an in-depth RFP that involved all stakeholders. We were able to acquire the equipment we wanted at the best possible price.
Regents was also responsible for the project management associated with the equipment replacement. They worked closely with the general contractor, architects, engineers and equipment manufacturers to conduct a seamless project while we continued to offer x-ray services to our patients and physicians.
Upon completion, we were able to reduce operating expenses through efficiencies and the new equipment allowed us to offer procedures to our referring physicians that previously were difficult or impossible to perform.
